You might remember seeing the f4ktion kernel posted a while ago here but it was only for AOSP based custom roms. Finally, the developer f4k has built one that is working on the the stock TouchWiz roms as well.
This particular kernel is based off ML1 and for now is only available for the GT-I9195. In case it becomes available for I9190 and I9192, this post will be updated.
One of the main highlights of this kernel are that it supports BLN, overclocking up to 2GHz, underclocking, undervolting, and USB OTG support. The rest of the features you can find in the list below.

- Download the zip file to your sdcard
- Power off your phone
- Boot into CWM Recovery by holding Volume up + Home + Power keys simultaneously
- Choose install zip
- Now choose choose zip from external sdcard
- Find the kernel zip file that you downloaded and choose it
- Choose Yes to confirm
- After installation is complete, press the back key to go to the main menu
- Choose reboot system now
