Instructions:
- Download the zip file to your sdcard
- Boot into CWM Recovery by holding Volume up + Home + Power buttons
- Go to install zip
- Then choose zip from external sdcard
- Choose the zip file
- Choose Yes when asked to confirm
- After flashing is complete, it should automatically reboot. If it doesn't, just go back to the main menu and select reboot system now
