Resurrection Remix rom is another aftermarket firmware based off the Android Open Source Project (AOSP) that offers tons of features and super fast performance.

This custom rom has a wide combination of features that you will find on the rest of the AOSP roms just like PAC ROM resulting in an awesome combination of performance, customization, power and the most new features, brought directly to your device. Features such as Halo, Active Display, OmniSwitch and many others from other custom roms are all included here. The rom has been ported by xda member Silesh.Nair who does not own a Galaxy S4 mini but according to some people's reviews, it seems to work just fine.

Installation:
- Download the rom zip file according to your model from the above download link to your sdcard
- Download the Gapps package in order to have Google apps
- Power off your phone, boot into CWM Recovery by holding Volume up + Home + Power keys simultaneously
- Choose wipe data
- Choose install zip
- Choose choose zip from /storage/sdcard/1/ (choose zip from external sdcard for older recoveries)
- Choose the rom zip file then choose Yes to confirm
- After rom has been installed, again choose choose zip from /storage/sdcard/1/ (choose zip from external sdcard for older recoveries)
- This time flash the gapps zip file
- After you are done, go back and choose reboot system now
