Last week's leaked document kind of shocked the S4 mini Duos users with the missing "GT-I9192" model on the update status report list but it turns out it has started to receive the update even before the 3G variant or possibly along with it.

The screenshots that you are seeing above were published today by forum membersat 4pda.ru who claim that they have started receiving notifications to upgrade to KitKat via OTA. It seems like Russia could be the first country to receive the update and unfortunately for the people that eagerly want to try it out, the firmware is still not available on the Kies servers so we are probably going to have to wait a day or two until websites such as SamMobile.com have it published as soon as they fetch it from the Kies servers.
UPDATE: The Russian firmware is now available on SamMobile - 4.4.2 firmware for GT-I9192.
The last variant left to receive the update is the 3G (GT-I9190) for which we still don't have any information whether an update is being rolled out via OTA along with the GT-I9192. Rest assured, an update will immediatelly be posted on the blog.
